Cufa Ltd is putting out a Call for Consultants. Cufa regularly works with bi- and multi-lateral organizations and funding partners such as the Asian Development Bank and United National agencies to deliver development projects in our core thematic areas throughout the Asia Pacific. To do so, Cufa regularly engages consultants with diverse professional backgrounds and levels of experience in both developed and developing countries to work with Cufa on such projects.

Please read the description below to identify whether you meet our requirements to be added to Cufa’s roster of international development consultants. If you meet the requirements described below, we strongly encourage you to fill out the Consultant Database Application Form attached to this advertisement. We also ask that you email you current CV to us. When relevant opportunities arise, consultants with matching experience and expertise will be reviewed, shortlisted and contacted about the opportunity.

Cufa Ltd is an International Development Agency with a focus on promoting financial inclusion and increasing financial literacy, as well as reducing poverty and improving economic livelihoods. Cufa has been developing community access to affordable financial services in the Asia Pacific region for 50 years, working cooperatively at grass-roots through to government levels to create sustainable livelihoods, improve lives, and relieve poverty. Cufa focuses on developing economic institutions, education, enterprise and employment activities in developing countries by providing skills, knowledge, and resources that will break the poverty cycle. Cufa’s project work spans a wide range of thematic areas, though Cufa’s mission remains consistent across projects: to empower communities, alleviate poverty and promote livelihoods.

The PositionCUFA

This Call for Consultants is for consultants and professionals with at least 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following thematic areas:

Financial Inclusion / Resettlement / Livelihoods / Poverty Reduction / Agriculture and Food Security / Agricultural Training / Climate Resilient Agriculture / Financial Literacy / Gender / Value Chains / Human Rights / Climate Change – Mitigation and Prevention / Climate Change – Research / Information and Communications Technology / Digital Literacy Curriculum Development / Education Technology (EdTech) / Infrastructure Development / Disaster Recovery / Wash / Survey / Monitoring and Evaluation / Econometrics / Adult Education / Primary Education / Secondary Education

Additionally, the Call for Consultants is for consultants and professionals with experience working in the above-listed thematic areas in the developing country context, preferably in the Asia Pacific region. If you have at least 5 years of work experience in one or more of the thematic areas listed in the developing country context, please do not hesitate to fill in the Application Form and select from the list provided your countries of work experience. If your experience is primarily in the advanced economy context, we still want to hear from you, so please fill in the Application Form.
