Why your role matters

You take sole responsibility to make the most of our inbound leads and existing contacts, optimising our CRM use, processes and results. The objective is to provide our contacts with relevant, stimulating information and inspiration from our key topics within MzN International and our new venture Human Planet Ventures GmbH.

How you will help

Great events and purposeful, helpful correspondence do not just happen. Working together with the Thought Leadership Manager, you will have sole and direct responsibility to organise, promote, communicate, attract guests/attendees and hold great events. These will be primarily online (webinars, funding clinics, briefings, follow up conversations) but also offline (conference placements, speaker arrangements, own hosted events organisation, free training hosting, etc). You will also lead the continuous development of all knowledge partnerships with Universities, trade unions, conference organisers, etc.

Just as important as the above is customer service communications. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing potential partners and clients and respond to enquiries through our website and social media accounts. You will also actively communicate with existing contacts to give them personalised notice of events, articles, and contacts that might be helpful to them.

In short, you will be a public face of MzN International and help a global team of experts to do good, better!

What are your responsibilities?

You take sole responsibility to make the most of our inbound leads and existing contacts, optimising our CRM use, processes and results. The objective is to provide our contacts with relevant, stimulating information and inspiration from our key topics within MzN International and our new venture Human Planet Ventures GmbH.

The key results that we would like to achieve to reach this objective together include:

  1. Grow inbound leads by 25% every 4 months
  2. Increase conversion rate by 10% every 6 months for 3 consecutive, half-year periods
  3. We value your ambition and work mostly self-determined. Additional key results will therefore be designed together with you.

Working together with the Thought Leadership Manager and our events and customer service Assistant Manager, you will have sole and direct responsibility to set the direction of the above, reach the objectives and continually improve on CRM and leads. Ultimately, that will increase lead conversation and allow us to empower more organisations.

Working closely with a small, global team of Senior Consultants and the Director, you will help get us ever closer to our existing contacts and forge strong new relationships with leaders in the development, aid and investment community.
