Head of Human Resources At Lifebox Foundation

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and develop an HR function that enables our nonprofit to achieve its strategic aims by recruiting, managing, and developing skilled and engaged staff. This will include overseeing operational and strategic HR activities, and promoting and protecting an inclusive organizational culture true to our values that supports diversity and equality in all its forms.

Working collaboratively across the organization the postholder will give strategic HR advice to the Lifebox CEO and global leadership team, and operational advice to all managers and staff.
