About the Role:

You will implement data analytics and visualizations across the organization following the needs of different teams and users. You will design and make dashboards and reports to support decision-making and monitoring. You will also meaningfully contribute to organizing and scaling the self-serve capacities of our BI systems, and educating data-users across the organization to find answers through important metrics.

You will:

• Collect and maintain requirements for reports and visualizations
• Build and maintain reports, data visualizations, and other BI solutions
• Present and share analysis across the organization
• Work with data team to implement new data sources or to improve existing ones
• Collaboratively troubleshoot, fix bugs and be responsive to our ticketing platform.
• Document BI tools and data warehouse
• Educate the team on BI processes
• Help promoting a culture of self-serve analytics

You have:

• Experience using data to communicate and tell compelling stories
• Experience making visualizations and working with any BI reporting tools (we use Tableau, but previous work with anything similar is great)
• Experience working with SQL databases and queries
• Experience training data-users
• Record of delivering on projects.
• A passion for the mission, vision and values of myAgro
